Sec. 66-104(a)(6)b. of the Effingham County Code sets the operating hours for the county's residential service provider: collection normally runs Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. In any week that contains a holiday, the same section extends the collection days through Saturday, Monday through Saturday, so the provider has an extra day to catch up on routes a holiday would otherwise push back.
