060 (new or expanded commercial or industrial buildings or public facilities, new or expanded residential buildings of five or more units, or subdivisions sharing a collection point for five or more units), subsection C separately requires a recycling access area. That area must, where feasible, sit adjacent to the solid waste collection area, and if it is separate, it cannot be any less convenient to use than the trash area.
