Street trees must be planted at least six feet apart except where a special permit is obtained from the City Forester.4.No street tree shall be planted where the soil is too poor to insure the growth of the street tree unless a hole of not less than 36 cubic feet is excavated and replaced with suitable loam or soil stripped from pasture land.5.No street tree shall be planted where the space between the curb and the sidewalk is less than four feet.6.No street tree shall be planted within two feet of any curb line unless a special permit is issued by the City Forester.7.No street tree shall be planted within two feet of the street side edge of any sidewalk unless a special permit is issued by the City Forester.8.No street tree shall be planted along any street except of a variety approved by the City Forester.9.Trees which have a maturity height exceeding 30 feet shall be prohibited from public places which have overhead wiring.
