Full Breakdown
The county's off-street parking standards for single-family districts, including AG-1 land used for a single-family home, cap unenclosed parking at a side yard or up to half of a required rear yard, and allow a maximum of two parking spaces adjoining the entrance to a front-entry garage or carport, or at the end of a driveway if there is no garage or carport. Garage and carport spaces count toward the minimum parking a house is required to have. This applies only to unincorporated Fulton County; incorporated cities set their own standards.
