Winter Park defines a leaf blower in Sec. 62-92 and regulates it as a power tool in Sec. 62-97. Creating a noise disturbance across a property line with one is barred from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the following day, and from 9:00 p.m. Saturday to 9:00 a.m. Sunday.
