Such code and amendments thereto, are hereby adopted and incorporated, pursuant to California Government Code Section 50022.2 et seq., and Health and Safety Code Section 18941.5 as fully as though set forth at length herein for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing the installation, alteration, repair and maintenance of plumbing and drainage systems.
