Chapter 27's neighborhood district tables set the numbers directly. N1 and N2 use a front build-to zone instead of a fixed front setback, paired with a 5-foot minimum side setback and 5-foot rear setback. N3 requires a straight 20-foot front setback, 10-foot street-side setback, 5-foot side setback, and 5-foot rear setback. RMH manufactured-home districts carry the same 20-foot front and 10-foot street-side setbacks but raise side and rear setbacks to 8 feet. NX2/NX3 mixed-use districts require a 10-foot rear setback, doubling to 20 feet where the lot abuts an N1, N2, N3, or RMH district. Accessory buildings get reduced rear setbacks, often dropping to 0 feet at an alley.
