Table 4-2's front setback row runs by district: EN requires the average blockface setback +/-10 feet but never less than 40 feet; RN-1 the same formula with a 25-foot floor; RN-2 uses 20 feet or the blockface average, whichever is less, floored at 10 feet; RN-3 and RN-4 drop to 10 feet or the blockface average, whichever is less. Side and rear setbacks scale with lot width rather than a flat number: interior side setbacks run 5%-20% of lot width (minimum combined totals apply), corner side setbacks 12%-20% of lot width, and the rear setback holds at a flat 25 feet across EN through RN-4.
