Adult entertainment uses, arcades, bookstores, cabarets, massage parlors, theaters, escort agencies, nude model studios, and sexual encounter centers, may only be conditionally permitted in the county's Commercial (C) district, approved by the Board of Adjustment. Beyond the district limit, no such use may sit within 500 feet of another adult entertainment use, or within 1,000 feet of any residential district, church, school through 12th grade, or public playground, pool, park, or library, measured from property lines.
