Tattoo parlors appear as a permitted use only in the Neighborhood Commercial (NC), Community Commercial (CC) and General Commercial (GC) columns; every other zoning district, including Office Professional, Restricted Commercial, Highway Commercial and the mixed-use districts, leaves the use blank and therefore prohibited.
