Density Bonus Law
In the City of Aliso Viejo, California, AVMC 15.58.010 grants a density bonus to residential projects of five or more dwelling units that reserve 10 percent of units for lower income or 5 percent for very low income households, or that meet the senior or moderate income tests. The minimum bonus is 20 percent for lower income, very low income and senior projects, capped at a 35 percent increase.
