Asheville City Code Sec. 19-6 opens every marked bicycle lane on city-controlled streets to bicycles, electric-assisted bicycles, and micromobility devices, and lets human-powered devices ride outside the lane on streets posted 30 mph or under. Separately, Sec. 19-137(a)(7) bans parking in a bike lane marked with pavement lines or signs, so a stopped car blocking the lane is its own violation.
