Park Curfew
Bellevue parks close one-half hour after sunset and reopen one-half hour before sunrise under BCC 3.43.330, except Downtown Park, which closes at 11:00 p.m. Being in a park, or leaving a vehicle unattended there, after closing time is unlawful. Scheduled parks department events and dedicated roads and sidewalks used for through transportation are exempt from the curfew.
