Bristol Township Code § 177-51 requires street trees along both sides of every street in a land development or subdivision, spaced 50, 40 or 25 feet apart by tree size and alternating side to side. Trees stay 30 feet from intersections and 15 feet from driveway entrances. Planting in a public highway also needs a Shade Tree Commission permit.
