No person shall light, make or use any fire or bonfire, whether for cooking purposes or otherwise, in any Public Park. Any person who violates this Section shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $750.00 for each violation and the grilling equipment and/or equipment used to light, make or use said fire shall be subject to confiscation.
