In the Town of Collierville, § 130.017(A)(2) makes it unlawful, after a police warning or where a no loitering sign is posted, to loiter, stand, sit, or lie on a public sidewalk, street, curb, crosswalk or walkway so as to unreasonably hinder pedestrians or vehicles. Blocking a building entrance is also unlawful.
