The Town of Colonie has locally adopted both of New York's charitable-gaming schemes: Chapter 59 licenses bingo, and Chapter 108 licenses games of chance, each administered by the Town Clerk and Chief of Police. Only a licensed authorized organization may run either, and prize amounts are capped by chapter.
