In the City of Coon Rapids, City Code Chapter 12-300 requires every structure and yard to stay free of rodent harborage and pest infestation. Boxes, lumber, scrap metal and similar clutter cannot accumulate in a way that shelters rats, mice or other vermin, and exterior openings a half inch wide or larger must be sealed.
