Eagle Mountain's solid waste code makes it unlawful to create conditions that propagate insects or rodents under EMMC 8.05.060(J), and requires every property owner to store waste so it doesn't attract, harbor, or breed insects or rodents under EMMC 8.05.210. Storage rooms used for solid waste must be rodent-proof and screened under EMMC 8.05.320.
