Eugene doesn't require door-to-door sellers to carry a separate city permit, but EC 3.845 forces every commercial solicitor to carry photo ID, write up every order, and hand the buyer a receipt on request. Solicitors under 18 also need a state employment certificate. Current through Ordinance 20739 (June 8, 2026).
