Upon adoption of the ordinance from which this article is derived, any burn ban declared by the county commissioners court shall have the same effect and force of law within the city limits as in the unincorporated areas of the county. Further, any such burn ban thus established by the county and subsequently rescinded by the county, shall likewise be rescinded within the city limits.
