Rodent Control
Under Huntsville Code Sec. 7-388, the person who lives in a single-dwelling building, or the owner of any building with two or more dwelling units, must exterminate rodents, insects and other pests in the building and on the premises. Wood-destroying pests are always the building owner's job. Tenants must also bag food waste so it cannot feed rodents.
