Marion County bars kids 15 to 17 from public places between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. on school nights, and 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. on weekends, under Code Sec. 381-101. Children under 15 face an 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. curfew every night under Sec. 381-102. Parents and guardians can be held liable for repeat violations.
