Park Curfew

Under Indio Municipal Code Section 96.11 (Chapter 96, City Parks and Facilities), no person may remain, stay, or loiter in any city park between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. without a permit. The Police Chief may close a park earlier for safety reasons, and the City Manager may extend hours. Closed hours must be posted.
