In the Town of Irondequoit, New York, no person can use Town property between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. unless it is otherwise posted or authorized in writing by the Commissioner of Public Works or a designee. Loitering or congregating on Town property during those hours is separately barred, except in an emergency.
