The City of Kokomo bans parking in designated bike lanes under Chapter 79, Schedule VI of the Code of Ordinances. Webster Street between Alto Road and Center Road is posted no parking on both sides to keep the bike lane clear for riders. Cyclists on any Kokomo roadway must otherwise follow the same rules that apply to motor vehicle drivers under § 70.03.
