In the City of Laguna Niguel, it is unlawful under Laguna Niguel Municipal Code § 13-1-95 to camp, sleep overnight, or park a camper truck, camper trailer or tent trailer overnight on any land or easement the city owns, unless the city council or the manager of parks and recreation has specifically designated that spot for overnight use. The ban applies to all public land the city owns, operates or maintains under § 13-1-94.
