In the City of Lauderhill, it is unlawful to operate a barbecue grill or similar outdoor cooking device on a balcony, terrace or porch of a multifamily building, in a parking garage, or on a below-ground floor. Every grill must stay outdoors and at least ten feet from the building line or overhang.
