Park Curfew
Lehi bans being in any city park or recreation area between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. under City Code section 6-5-6. The only way around it is written permission granted in advance by the city upon a showing of good cause. Because the section sets no separate punishment, a violation defaults to a class B misdemeanor under the code's general offense-classification rule.
