Park Curfew
Marietta closes unlit park facilities at sunset and requires lit ones to close at 11 p.m. under City Code § 10-4-230. Anyone found on park property after posted closing hours, other than city employees or authorized program staff, is subject to citation, and violations of this chapter carry the general penalty of up to $500 or six months in jail under § 10-4-160.
