In the City of Olympia, Washington, poker, draw poker, keno and any other game of chance played with cards or dice for money is unlawful unless authorized under RCW Chapter 9.46. Operators with Washington State Gambling Commission licenses also owe the City a three percent tax on card game receipts under Chapter 5.20.
