In the City of Olympia, Washington, OMC § 10.16.220(A)(22) bars stopping, standing or parking within a designated bike lane. A violation is a $95.00 restricted parking infraction, with a second and third $95.00 penalty if the vehicle is not moved for one hour after each, and a vehicle deemed a hazard can be impounded.
