Ormond Beach follows Florida fireworks law under FL §791 and HB 1059 (2020). Consumer fireworks are legal on July 4, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. Fireworks are prohibited on Volusia County beaches year-round. The city adopted the Florida Fire Prevention Code with local amendments.
