In the Town of Prescott Valley, Arizona, anyone at least sixteen (16) years old can use permissible consumer fireworks only on June 24 through July 6 and December 24 through January 3. Every other day is strictly prohibited, and so is every day a stage one or higher fire restriction is in place. Novelty items and Fire Marshal approved public displays are the only other exceptions.
