In the Town of Prescott Valley, Arizona, temporary decorations or displays celebrating patriotic, religious, or local holidays or events are exempt from the Town's sign Article 13-09. Three safety provisions still apply: the traffic-vision limits, the ban on obscene or hazardous signs, and the removal of dangerous or defective signs.

Temporary decorations or displays celebrating patriotic, religious, or local holidays or events.
