Ramapo's Zoning Code requires outdoor lighting at approved day camps and outdoor recreation facilities, including lit swimming pools, to stay out of sight from any adjoining property. Section 376-127(D) also doubles the facility's required setback whenever lighting extends use past 10:00 p.m., a condition the Planning Board attaches when it grants the special permit for the facility.
