Park Curfew

Rochester Hills parks operate only during hours the city council sets by resolution for each park under Code section 74-61; entering or remaining in a park outside those hours is unlawful unless the mayor extends them for a special event. Section 74-62 lets the mayor close all or part of any park entirely, at which point no one may enter or stay in the closed area except for authorized municipal activity or a licensed project.
