Setback Rules
Rothschild requires every building or accessory structure, including sheds, parking structures, and fences, to sit at least 75 feet back from the ordinary high-water mark of the Wisconsin River or any other waterway in the Village. Zone-by-zone front, side and rear yard tables in Article II of the zoning chapter set further minimums for each residential and commercial district.
