Blocking a public sidewalk, alley or street in Sahuarita is a declared public nuisance under Town Code § 8.35.010. The nuisance chapter reaches any condition, from a stray structure to a pile of debris, that unlawfully obstructs free passage or creates a traffic hazard on a sidewalk or alley, and it is enforced as a class 1 misdemeanor under § 8.35.030.
