A. No person shall operate a mobile food business, without first having obtained a business license from the city in accordance with chapter 5.02 of this title, or its successor. B. Mobile food truck vehicles are allowed to operate in the public right of way only within the M-1, M-2, D-1, D-2, D-3, D-4, G-MU, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
