Food Truck Permits
Sammamish requires a fire department operational permit for any mobile food preparation vehicle with appliances that produce smoke or grease-laden vapors, or that use LP-gas or CNG systems, under Municipal Code 16.05.130(6). A valid operational permit already issued by any King County fire agency is honored as long as the vehicle and its appliances stay within the conditions of that permit.
