In the City of St. Peters, Missouri, City Code Section 245.010 requires unmanned aircraft system operators to keep their drone within their own or a visual observer's line of sight, stay twenty-five feet from people, buildings and vehicles, fly only in daylight or civil twilight with anti-collision lighting, and keep the aircraft under fifty-five pounds.
