In the City of St. Peters, Missouri, a Planned Urban Development (PUD) may receive up to a thirty percent (30%) increase in total dwelling units under Section 405.250(E)(1) of the Municipal Code. The Board of Aldermen alone grants the bonus, awarding percentage credits for open space, pedestrian paths, landscaping, sustainable site design and recreational amenities that the applicant documents in the PUD application.
