The City of Taylor, Michigan requires a license before anyone operates a peddling, hawking or vending business on its streets. Sec. 36-46 makes it unlawful to sell without first getting the license, and Sec. 36-48 requires applicants to disclose whether they'll sell on foot, by handcart, bicycle or truck, along with a full background check.
