Warner Robins charges an eight percent hotel-motel tax on every guest room rented in the city. City Code Sec. 10-26 sets the rate at eight percent of the room rent, collected by the hotel operator and remitted to the city clerk each month, unless a state-law exemption under Sec. 10-28 applies.
