West Bloomfield Township has banned every marihuana business the state licenses. Under Sec. 13.5-7 the Township Board prohibits medical marihuana facilities such as growers, processors, provisioning centers, secure transporters and safety compliance facilities, and under Sec. 13.5-16 it separately prohibits adult-use marihuana establishments. No dispensary, grow operation or retailer can obtain a state license to operate anywhere inside township boundaries, regardless of the parcel's zoning district.
