Letting a significant rodent or insect population develop on your property, or maintaining conditions that attract one, is a public nuisance under Sec. 34-40(3) of the Westfield City Code. Owners, occupants and managers in the City of Westfield, Indiana must keep property free of that infestation nuisance under Sec. 34-41, backed by a $500.00 maximum fine.
