In the City of Yucaipa, a peddler or solicitor cannot ring the bell, knock or attempt to gain admittance at a residence, homeowners' association, mobile home park or apartment complex displaying a No Peddling, No Soliciting or similar sign. Door-to-door peddling and soliciting is also barred from sunset to 8:00 a.m. under Yucaipa Municipal Code §§ 9.28.030 and 9.28.040.
