Clark County, NV Code Violation Reporting: How to Report (2026)

The Clark County Code Enforcement and Public Response Office investigates violations of County Code Titles 9, 11, 14, 22, and 30 in unincorporated areas of Clark County. This includes communities like Sunrise Manor, Spring Valley, Paradise, Whitney, and Enterprise, which are among the largest unincorporated areas in the United States. To file a complaint, residents can call (702) 455-4191 during business hours (Monday–Thursday 7 AM–5:30 PM), submit a written complaint by fax or mail, or use the online complaint submission form. Anonymous complaints are accepted — simply omit your name and contact information from the complaint form. However, providing your name and phone number allows investigators to follow up for additional information.
