Density Bonus Law
In the A-E and A-1 rural districts, Arapahoe County lets a cluster-subdivision applicant earn discretionary density bonuses, up to 20 percent each for central water, central sewer, or in-home fire sprinklers, plus 10 percent for public trail dedication, stacked on top of the base rural cluster density, at the Board of County Commissioners' discretion.
